Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total and reflected in the final order cost.
Our orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders received BEFORE 2pm (EST) will be processed that day, orders received after 2pm (EST) will be processed the following day. All orders received after 2pm (EST) on a Friday will be processed the following Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.
Currently, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) 3 Day Priority Service. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 5 business days (2 to 3 days for Next Business Day) for normal delivery (processing, shipping and postage inclusive). Standard Shipping Charges apply on all orders under $75.00. A next business day service is available at extra charge on most items.
All orders over $75, shipped to one address are shipped free of charge. Please note any order, split and shipped to multiple addresses must total at least $75.00 for each part of the split order. Where any part of the split order totals less than $75.00, shipping will be charged at the Standard Shipping Charge rate for that part of the order/s.
Some locations such as Alaska and Hawaii may take up to two weeks unless Priority Shipping is paid for at the time of the order. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout.”

All APO/FPO/DPO orders will be shipped via Smartpost or other suitable methods and please therefore anticipate a 3 to 6 week delivery. Standard Shipping Charges apply to orders less than $75.00.
Shipments to Third Parties and Forwarding Agents/Companies
EllieGlow LLC is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that EllieGlow LLC is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
All orders are subject to prepayment and/or bank card authorization prior to processing. Only paid and authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
When your order arrives, please inspect your package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear, however, if any damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately on (727) 360-0111 or send an e-mail to email@example.com
Please be sure to provide your order number along with your email address, delivery address and phone number and to ensure a prompt resolution to your issue, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. An image of the damage, taken on your smartphone and attached to your e-mail will also be extremely helpful.
