Patch Test Disclaimer and Agreement
There are no specific, well-documented risks associated with EllieGlow ingredients. However, some people do have highly reactive skin. To alleviate any concerns for any person, we always recommend doing a patch test for all products prior to using as part of your routine. As an example, people who have nut allergies may be allergic to nut-based ingredients like Marula oil. Additionally, some products have highly effective active ingredients that are designed to help your skin become healthier. As such, they might not be suitable for anyone with a sensitivity to those ingredients.
If you have any concerns please about a potential reaction for any ingredients, you must agree to do a patch test: 1. Read all directions for all products before applying. 2. On your inner forearm, apply three or four drops of the product. 3. Wait 24 hours. 4. If there’s no sign of hives, redness, or irritation, you, like the vast majority of people, you’re in the clear.
As a general rule: Use products only as directed. Do not ingest. Avoid getting any products in your eyes. Don’t apply products to open wounds. If irritation occurs, remove product immediately and seek medical attention.
